This project echoes a traditional theme in its form with contemporary elements, while the interiors are treated with a premium contemporary ideation, giving it a luxurious spatial quality. The sloping roofline echoes the traditional Kerala profile while the outdoor landscaping was balanced to temper the tropical climate. The formal living, dining, open kitchen and veranda constitute the functional spaces on the ground floor. The first-floor includes the common office and study spaces overlooking the formal living and dining; along with a home theatre, and three bedrooms that look down into the intentionally placed landscaping on the ground floor.
