This project was designed for a family that cherishes togetherness. Built on linear plot, this two-floor, 4 bedroom home maximizes space while ensuring openness and connectivity. Created with a seamless flow of spaces, the guest living, family living, and dining areas merge into one cohesive zone, defined by tile layouts and furniture arrangements rather than walls. The long sit-out with seating slabs invites both family and guests to relax and engage. With cross-ventilation on all four sides, natural airflow keeps the interiors fresh and airy. A striking stairway serves as a key design feature, complimented by a courtyard with a skylight above, filling the home with natural light. A patio thoughtfully links the kitchen and dining areas, enhancing functionality. The interiors exude a contemporary modern feel, balancing elegance with warmth.
