This residential project was built in a modern contemporary design with the intention for it to stand out gracefully. The peculiar structure of the roof- built with this intention in mind, was carefully designed for optimal airflow to both blocks of the building, decorated with CNC Steel screens to fill the home with sunshade patterns. A large open balcony on the facade, with a welcoming water body feature at the entrance foyer and multiple skylight openings breathe life into the space from the entrance itself. The interior colour theme were made to match the exterior- a dual tone white and grey palette with wood finishings. The carefully designed private courtyards added to the master bedroom and bathroom, along with the custom made floating staircase enhance the interior elegance of the space. A feeling of openness and connection is fostered with the addition of double height for the family living which contains multiple balconies- while the private spaces were zoned in a sunken level addressing the site terrains, ensuring privacy.
