This project blends modern colonial elements, with an inclusion of wooden ceilings in the exterior roof and customized CNC patterns in the elevation that bring in a latticework of shadow patterns into the interior during the day. The entire project was created in a dual tone white-grey combination with multiple volumes of building blocks merged through the wooden finish ceilings. The sit-out and formal living are connected through a large water fountain and fish pond for a welcoming feel, and the modern and minimalistic interiors align with the exterior theme. In a calculated approach to adjusting with the site terrain, the private spaces were zoned to a sunken level, also serving the added function of privacy.
